End User License Agreement

Effective: April 2026 · Published by ELS Innovations LLC

Coffer is distributed through the Apple App Store and is governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

Key Terms

By downloading or using Coffer, you agree to the terms set forth in Apple's Standard EULA. Key provisions include:

Intellectual Property

Coffer, including its code, design, user interface, and original content, is the intellectual property of ELSI Holdings LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Your Data

All accounts, transactions, categories, budgets, and related financial data you create in the app belong to you. We do not claim any ownership or license to your data. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is stored.

In-App Purchases

The app offers optional one-time in-app purchases:

All purchases are one-time, non-recurring payments processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple per their refund policy.

Prices are in USD and may vary by region.

No Warranty on Financial Data

Coffer is a personal bookkeeping tool. It is not a financial advisor, tax preparer, broker, or accountant. Numbers displayed in the app (spending totals, budget progress, net worth, annual tax summaries) reflect what you have entered — no more, no less. Always reconcile against your own bank and brokerage statements. Consult a qualified tax professional before relying on Coffer's annual summary for tax filing.
